Can I Return My Purchase?

Return of items are permitted for damaged and faulty items during shipping and must be reported within 72 hours from receiving the package.

If you have a change of mind, kindly inform us before goods are packed and shipped. Once products are shipped, no change of mind will be granted.

Refund will be processed within 24 hours during business day (Monday-Friday) from the time the returned item is inspected and approved, to your payment channel/method. Shipping fees are not refundable.

For promotional free-shipping campaign, you will receive a refund less the original shipping cost to you. However, if it is our mistake, no shipping charges will be imposed.

For damaged, missing, faulty items, Kindly report within 72 hours from receiving the package.
