We take such matters seriously and will investigate the case thoroughly. We appreciate your input on this in order to speed up the process. For damaged goods, we will need you to send in a picture of the packaging and email us the visuals. For lost goods, we will try to locate the parcel with our shipping partners and if indeed your parcel is lost, we will resend the order to you at no cost, subject to product availability.
Once shipment is packed and on its way to you, we are unable to change the address. Be sure to check on your shipping address before making the payment.
