Can I Return My Purchase?
Return of items are permitted for damaged and faulty items during shipping and must be reported within 72 hours from receiving the package.
If you have a change of mind, kindly inform us before goods are packed and shipped. Once products are shipped, no change of mind will be granted. Refunding such cases will take up to 14 days.
For a promotional free-shipping campaign, you will receive a refund less the original shipping cost to you. However, if it is our mistake, no shipping charges will be imposed.
